Cleary Zimmermann recognizes the complexity of today’s high performance mechanical HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.  To better serve our clients, we formally established a separate division in 2007 that exclusively focuses on building systems commissioning.

We are the first MEP design firm in Texas to acquire certification by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB®) in both Building System Commissioning and Testing and Balancing of Indoor Environmental Systems.  Our clients can rest assured knowing that our field tests and verification procedures are based on nationally recognized standards.
