The Menger Springs retirement community is nestled in 23 acres of scenic hill country north of San Antonio. The overall development comprises multiple phases. This particular project is a three-story, 132,683-square-foot independent living facility with spa, library and full-service kitchen/dining amenities. The MEP design included: efficient water-source heat pumps, lighting designs appropriate for senior living and emergency power systems.
