The 2-story, 26,673-square-foot academic addition is comprised primarily of multi-disciplinary lecture space, two student computer labs and two large video-conferencing lecture centers.
The building is served with an air-cooled chilled water system, hot water heat and VAV air distribution. Due to space constraints, the boiler, hydronic pumps and electrical switch gear are located outside.
